Welcome to Fika!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RamenSoft SL ("Fika", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Fika platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

By accessing or using Fika, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Who Can Use Fika

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fika. If you use Fika on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. User Roles

All users are considered readers by default. You may choose to opt-in to creator functionality, if available. By using such features, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you choose to share.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Fika ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Fika a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, host, modify, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service. This license is limited to what's necessary to provide the service and ends when the content is deleted.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights to submit it. Fika may remove any content at its discretion.

5. Publisher Agreement

By opting into creator features on Fika, you agree to abide by our Publisher Agreement. This includes responsibilities for the content you publish, maintaining editorial integrity, complying with applicable laws, and clearly communicating any monetization terms to readers. If you choose to offer paid content or accept donations, you are responsible for setting prices, fulfilling benefits, and complying with any financial or tax obligations. Additional terms may apply if you enable monetization features, which will be presented clearly when such features are activated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the service to send spam or automated messages
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Fika may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms. We will attempt to notify you where reasonable.

8. Account Transferability

Your Fika account is personal to you. However, we may allow transfers with written permission and under specific conditions intended to protect user rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Fika (excluding User Content) is owned by RamenSoft SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Third-Party Services

Fika may integrate third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content.

11. User-to-User Interactions

Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them. We disclaim liability for any issues that may arise from those interactions.

12. Disclaimers

Fika is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
